Return Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! However, if you’re unsatisfied, we accept returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
- Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Conditions
- All items must be unworn and in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
- Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for a refund.
- For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of items with cut or removed garment tags, or panties and swimsuits without the protective adhesive strip.
- Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
- If returning for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you can return or exchange it for free, without bearing the shipping cost.
Important Notice
- Do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package, as it is not the return address and will delay processing. Contact our Customer Service for the correct return address.
- Ensure you do not accidentally include items not from Avidlove in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items.
- Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size or color, if available, and are limited to one exchange per item.
- If an item does not qualify for a return under our policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
How to Make a Return?
- Email our customer service at parthenopeglobal@gmail.com to request an exchange/return.
- Our representative will provide instructions and the return address via email. Follow these instructions to process your return.
- Upon receiving your package, a refund will be issued within 3 business days, or an exchange order will be processed. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
